At Littlemisstshirt.com, we take great pride in the quality of our custom printed apparel and strive to ensure your satisfaction. However, because our products are made to order, we have the following refund and return policy in place: 1. Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom printed items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that are correctly printed and meet the specifications provided at the time of order. Please double-check your order details, including design, size, and shipping information, before finalizing your purchase. 2. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective or if we made an error in the printing (e.g., wrong design, wrong size, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or issuing a full refund, depending on your preference. To process your claim, we may ask for photos of the defective or incorrect item. 3. Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that production has not already started. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel or modify your order due to the customization process. 4. Return Shipping Costs: If you need to return an item due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
